Why a revision was necessary

On the one hand, we have restructured the application form to make it clearer and easier to understand. On the other hand, it was particularly important for us to present the data protection information completely and transparently in accordance with Article 13 GDPR.

Our members should always know:

• which data we process,

• for what purpose this is done,

• on which legal basis the processing takes place,

• and which rights they are entitled to.

For us, data protection is not merely a formality, but an expression of responsible conduct within our community.

Digitalization of membership administration

As part of the ongoing development of our association, we are also taking our membership administration to a new digital level. Internal processes will in future be organized even more systematically and efficiently – naturally in full compliance with all data protection regulations.

The goal is to simplify administrative procedures, improve communication channels, and establish the organization of our growing association on a professional long-term basis.

Voluntary vehicle inventory questionnaire

In addition to the membership application form, we also provide a voluntary questionnaire regarding vehicle ownership.

With this, we would like to improve our internal overview of the Eicher tractors and equipment represented within our association. This information is used exclusively for:

• statistical recording within the association

• internal association reporting

• documenting our shared passion for Eicher

Providing this information is entirely voluntary and has no effect on membership. A separate declaration of consent is included in the form.
